INZBRM Option to Reset *SYSTEM Control Group after System Configuration is Modified

I manage over 35 LPARs, and some of them have user IASPs. 
I need to run *SYSTEM backups after OS upgrades or PTF group updates for recoverability, but our IASPs will not be backed up using the *SYSTEM Control Group because there is no way to update the Control Group to include the new Configuration

A simple INZBRM option is needed, which would examine the *SYSBAS and IASPs and add them (or remove them if deleted) to/reset the *SYSTEM Control Group.
