Ability to send notification if IDS is disabled

We recently enabled IDS on our Power 9 iSeries. Is there a way a notification could be added if a threat inside your network disabled IDS (as another layer of protection) so that those on the IDS notification alert list would be alerted to this activity - or some similar\better process?

    The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a MEDIUM priority requirement. Suggestion isto make use of the audit journal for implementing this.

    Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.
