Add new field in QSYSFILES

Currently, it is not possible to retrieve the "Number of current increments" by a SQL statement in QSYS2.SYSFILES. This information is available by DSPFD command.

The new FD_LIST (List File Description) Table function in SQL Tools contains the current increment value and current recodr capacity values, and it allows you to select files whose information is being returned.
