Add .ignore file to i Project

Add a .ignore file (similar to the Git .gitignore file or the svn:ignore property) so that the developer can specify files or members that must be ignored by the Remote Reconciler.

That would be very useful if a developer stores multiple i Projects in one library. Today the developer must specify the files and members that shall be ignored each time RDi is started, because the information of ignored items is not stored in a persistent way.

It would be also very useful if the developer wants to ignore files or members matching a given pattern, e.g. regular expression: .*#[\d]{1,2}

There are lots of reasons for ignoring files or members.

    Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.

    This would be useful, however the use of i Project is not broad enough to make it higher than a low.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
