add support for windows server core to IBM i Access Client Solutions windows package (driver)

current situtation (working): windows server 2016 core with SQL Server and IBM i Access Client Solutions Windows driver
new situation (not working): windows server 2022 core with SQL Server but IBM i Access Client Solutions Windows driver can not be installed because the installer expects a desktop edition.

All our windows servers are deployed with the core edition of windows server to minimize attack surface. Especially SQL Server benefits from this setup. All our SQL Servers use windows server core edition but now we face this problem with the IBM i Access driver.

We really need the driver to be installed on the core edition.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority Idea that is important to be addressed.

    AS companies are upgrading their Windows servers, ACS should work with all versions.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
