Allow IWS to ignore extra/missing fields in the input JSON

Ignoring extra fields is helpful so that the RPG program doesn't have to account for every field that is being sent in the request (i.e. 25+ fields and multiple nested data structure arrays, when only 2 values are actually required).  Allowing for missing fields would allow for the RPG to provide "optional" input.
Not being able to ignore extra input means that IWS is not an option for any API that might add additional fields in the future, unless you want to update the program every time a field is added (no thanks).
This should work like RPG's DATA-INTO allowextra and allowmissing options.

You always had the ability not to submit all the fields in a request. What was missing is the ability for web service implementation code to determine what was submitted. The detect null support has been completed. See https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/7099353 for further information.

IBM agrees with the request and a solution appears to be desirable and feasible. IBM intends to provide a solution. However, IBM's plans may change and no commitment is made that a solution will be provided.
