for the CLDownload option in ACS add option for downloading to a HTML table

with the ability to use the CLDOWNLOAD in ACS from a SQL UDTF SYSTOOLS.GENERATE_SPREADSHEET on the IBM i it makes sense to extend the output options to include HTML output. it could be used for simple "in-house" data presentation.

the SQL UDTF would need "adjusted" as well.

    Thank you for submitting your Idea to enhance IBM i Access Client Solutions (ACS). Updating an existing html file or generating a user defined html template populated with data from cldownload is not something we plan to do.

    I would be interested in a "template" html table to be referenced or edited by the user.
