HTTP logging of HTTP_GET_VERBOSE and HTTP_POST_VERBOSE

When consuming a web service using the SQL based HTTP_GET_VERBOSE and HTTP_POST_VERBOSE, it would be extremely helpful to get a full log of the HTTP communication to the web service much like the LIBHTTP tools allowed for. Currently there is a way to globally turn on logging but then logging stays on for the duration of the job. Ideally there would be a way to enable logging per HTTP_* request based on some parameter.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a high priority Idea that is important to be addressed.

    Logging is extremely helpful to developers, being able to (eliminate noise).
    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
