Code Coverage Merged Report

When using the Code Coverage utility, it would be very beneficial to be able to generate a report for merged results.

At this time, it appears that you can run multiple instances of the Code Coverage utility to create multiple results. You can select multiple results and generate a report, but this creates a different PDF for each result, and doesn't display the cumulative percentage, or show the lines of the program that were executed over all results.

However, you can select multiple results, right click, and merge the results into a cumulative view, which does exactly what I've described above. The problem is, you can only view the merged results on the instance of RDi you run the report on (there's no way to print a report of the cumulative merged view).

Use Case:

When testing a program that exits on certain events, where multiple launches are required to test each possibility, it would be great to able to print/save exactly what is displayed in the merged view, in order to turn it in with program documentation to verify each run scenario that has been tested, and show scenarios that might have been forgotten during testing.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

A preliminary evaluation of this request indicates that it is consistent with our business strategy. Further evaluation of this RFE is underway.
