Add syslog facility to MESSAGE_QUEUE_INFO table function

This facility already exists for the history log and audit journal table functions, but those are quite limited in scope as many events will not occur in either source. Having the facility to retrieve messages in the same way for ad hoc message queues would be a very useful enhancement.

I can think of a number of other categories where this facility would also be useful such as job information but in this case allowing syslog to monitor, say, QSYSMSG or QSYSOPR would be a very obviously useful extension to the syslog facility.

While I'm asking, how about adding a management pane to the Navigator GUI for the syslog facility itself? It is a TCP/IP service after all - it belongs in there really.

    IBM will use this Idea as input to planning, but no commitment is made or implied. This Idea will be updated in the future if IBM implements it.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority Idea that should be addressed.

    MESSAGE_QUEUE_INFO should output SYSLOG Columns. Navigator Support for SYSLOG should be added as development time permits.
