Two-way communication framework

Currently, Instana is only able to collect information from IBMi but not able to feed requests back to IBMi. This is an important piece which our team used to reply and acknowledge events directly from user interface instead of logging into each LPAR.

    This seems like something Instana should be writing, the ability to actually talk to IBM i is easy and well documented.
