Allow "Refactor" to rename the record format named on the SFILE() keyword in a dcl-f statement.

When refactoring record format names in a display file, I noticed that using the Refactor action on the record format name works fine everywhere BUT the file specification that references the record format name on a SFILE() keyword.  I have to remember to go up there and change it manually.  It'd be great if RDi Refactor would catch that reference.  Sure, the compile failure reminds me to go do that, but I could skip that "DOH" moment if Refactor changed all references.

The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a medium priority Idea that should be addressed.

There is benefit to be had in propagating a format change in a display file to the RPG source that uses it.

Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.

Although the theme of this request is consistent with our business strategy, it is not committed to the release that is currently under development.

I forgot, please allow Refactor:Rename to also rename the RRN field name in the SFILE( rcdfmt: rrn ) keyword, because right now it does not do that one either.
