Allow defaut Edit/Browse option on Create Object Filter

Provide the option to select the defualt LPEX as either Edit or Browse for each Object filter so when an object in that filter is opened with double click it will defaut to the default that has been set for it.


Use Case:

This would make it quicker to open objects in some object filters to browse when you have an object filter over source that is not supposed to be edited without checking out to a development source file. Other object filters could be set to default to edit when that is the appropriate default for their object filter.
This would reduce the risk of accidentally changing production source that shouldn't be changed in the production source files while still allowing them to be opened for research.

    Thank you for taking the time to submit your request. After careful consideration, we know that we cannot deliver your requested enhancement in the near term, so it is being declined.
