We have enhancements planned for the 2024 Q2 PTFs that will provide information and icons to notify users of licensing expiration.
    1. The dashboard page will provide the license expiration date for the OS (5050). It will also show a warning, critical, or expired icon if the license is within thresholds of expiration. Warning threshold is 60 days, Critical threshold is 15 days. Expired is for 0 or more days since expiration. Hover over the icon to view the expiration threshold exceeded.
    2. Threshold expiration settings will be modifiable through Connection Properties > Thresholds. Default is 15 days for critical and 60 days for warning.
    3. System Home page will display expiration date for Operating System and also will show the warning, critical, and expired icons. There will be an additional icon in the bottom left of the home page for the system that will be displayed if *any* licenses on the system are within the expiration thresholds.
    4. System > System Status page will have an added License panel which will show numerous important values for license handling as well as 5050 and 5051 dates. For Tier P05 and P10 we will include the 5052 limit and partitions.
These PTFs (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6486565) will be approved next week (6/13/2024 target for approval), and the HTTP group will be updated by end of day 6/14/2024. Watch this page for details: https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6520030.
We will also close this as delivered once the PTFs are approved.

The CEAC has reviewed this requirement and recommends that IBM view this as a HIGH priority requirement that is important to address. This is an important information to keep systems up and running and should be available in Navigator.

Background: The COMMON Europe Advisory Council (CEAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CEAC has a crucial role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual RFEs on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your RFE.

To find out how CEAC help to shape the future of IBM i, see CEAC @ ibm.biz/BdYSYj and the article "The Five Hottest IBM i RFEs Of The Quarter" at ibm.biz/BdYSZT
