adding python packages in ACL list

In order to demonstrate to customers that iSeries systems are usable in multiple environments, I developed in RPGLE some applications that use python packages to generate excel formats (xlsx), to read/write information to different databases or to resize images.
Almost all the packages used I had to install them via PIP commands as they were not in the ACL list.
Right now I need to install the pymssql package but I could not i any way.
I believe that implementing connectivity with other databases can give developers extra potential and show how current the iSeries is .

Therefore, I ask if it is possible to add the pymssql and pymysql packages to the ACL list.

Unfortunately, proper delivery via RPMs and ACS requires delivery of all requisites for python packages, and IBM's strategy will focus on upstreaming patches as needed and allowing customers to more effectively stay up to date via 'pip' when feasible.

The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM not implement this request.

    Pymysql installs via pip.

Pymssql requires freetds and freetds-devel which can install via yum, then it builds, provided you have the Network Authentication Enablement LPP installed (comes with IBM i)
