change *ALLOBJ authority needed to drop columns using the ACS schemas editing interface

When you change a table (drop a column) through the ACS grapical interface you need *ALLOBJ to do so.
The reason is that ACS adds and removes an autoreply (needing *ALLOBJ) to handle the inquiry message to confirm the drop (data loss) CPA32B2.
When you add the SUPPRESS_INQUIRY_MESSAGES QAQQINI option (added in 7.3 - https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/add-suppressinquirymessages) then the users no longer needed the *ALLOBJ but only rights on the table to drop columns.
So developers/database admins no longer need *ALLOBJ.
With that preference enabled, a user no longer needs to use the old method for handling the inquiry message when altering a table.
I would like the Schemas Table Definition dialog to be updated to leverage or use the QAQQINI option in place of the current method.
