Enhance RPG IV RENAME F-spec keyword to support *EXTFMT or *RCDFMT

Please enhance the RPG IV File Spec RENAME (Rename Record Format) keyword so that a Developer can specify *ONLY or perhaps *RCDFMT or *EXTFMT (any are fine) so that the external format name need not be known at compile-time. Thus instead of RENAME( CUSTMASTR : CUSTOMER) we could specify RENAME(*EXTFMT : CUSTOMER). Optionally, if I only specify 1 parameter, it should assume I mean *EXTFMT and do the rename to the target name specified.

The advantage is (A) I don't know of go lookup the RCDFMT name, and (B) If we migrate to a new Power server and rebuild files using SQL or another interface, and the form name changes, I want the RPG code to compile even if that format name isn't what it used to be.
