Navigator For I GUI interface and Function Usage

New Navigator for i is not designed to hide those icons (see figure 1)

The function Usage (figure 2) is the solution to restrict usage but some ID function no longer works : example product functions ==> QIBM_XD1_OPNAV

I find it frustrating that we cannot configure the graphical interface to restrict and hide the icons to propose a clear interface to Support Level 1 users

users are curious to see what is behind the icons and clicking on them arrives at the restriction message (not refined, not user-friendly (see figure 3)

Also , We need to restrict some usage function as POOL Memory or sub system (possible with old Heritage NAV For I but not in the new one) see figure 4 / 5 and if possible in the futur not only restrict it but also Hire.

    Thanks for your input. We agree that this idea has merit and would be a useful enhancement. IBM will use this Idea as input to planning, but no commitment is made or implied. This Idea will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this Idea.
