Change severity of CPD5D1D message

When compiling a program in Rational Developer for i (or 5250) a CPD5D1D maybe encountered if objects (modules or service programs) listed in the binding directory don't exist.

This is not necessarily an error as long as you don't use procedures of those missing objects, however the message shows up as "error" in the RDi error list (while in 5250 this is only logged as a diagnostic message).

The problem is that this is rather confusing for the developer as he thinks he has errors while his program is actually compiled and created fine.

I would therefore suggest to report CPF5D1D messages as "informational" in the RDi error list to avoid this confusion.
