Add user to SEP parameter so we can target another users job with that SEP

With the recent release of SEP support for Merlin and VS Code, it seems that they made it just use the user you connected to the IBM i with.

In my product, we rarely (dare I say never) want to set an SEP on our current user. We need to 'catch' the job of the user that was used when NodeJS connected to the db2 via the ODBC.

The ability to specify a user is a "must have" and should mimic how RDi handles this.
