RDI: Fixed form and free form data structures are not shown correct in outline

In a program I have data structures that are defined in the traditional fixed format and the new free format.
It looks like that the outline in RDI mixes them together.

I'm using RDI version: 9.6.0.1
OS/400 V7R1

Use Case:

I have attached 3 files.
The files "source" shows 3 data structures cgi, hdr and dtl -- all qualified and with fields.

The file "outline" shows the result in the outline.
It looks like the data structures dtl and hdr are parts of the data structure cgi which is not the case. All 3 are independent data structures.

I think that the outline "believes" that this is the case of nested data structures but nested data structures are not possible in fixed format data structures, only in free format.
