Audit which CL commands was executed using the QCMDEXC Procedure or scalar function.

Today if you execute a CL command inside of a QCMDEXC scalar function or QCMDEXC procedure, they are not audited. It would be extreamly helpful especially from a security perspective to be able to audit the commands that are executed that way.

IBM believes auditing occurs for CL commands used within SQL's QCMDEXC routines.

In our testing, the expected audit journal entries are created by the CL command processing just like when the commands are run through any other interface. If you have an example where this is not happening, let us know. Reporting it through support is appropriate since it is a defect that needs to be addressed.
