Allow LIKEDS in parameters defined in SQL UDF or UDTF

Allows ability to work at data structure level,  templated, replicating the structure and ability to use eval-corr BIF where applicable to move from one structure to another (output). Simple example:  take journal data (JOESD) as input and provide the columns for a give table. Currently we need to specify each column explicitly in the parameters and moving of the data from JOESD to the columns. Will be very helpful in several use cases. Did open a support ticket (TS017898734) and was told, currently there is no way to accomplish this via pointers or otherways.
