Provide Cursor Hover Row Highlighting in ACS RUNSQL resultSet

I would like to suggest an enhancement to improve data review and usability within result sets.

When a result set is displayed in ACS RUNSQL, it would be highly beneficial to introduce a cursor hover highlight feature. This functionality would:

1. Highlight the Row Under the Cursor:

• As the user moves the mouse pointer over the result set, the row beneath the cursor would dynamically switch to a reverse image style (e.g., white text on a black background or a user-defined combination of colors).

2. Click to Lock a Highlighted Row:

• Clicking on a row would keep that row highlighted (in reverse or custom colors) for easier reference, even after moving the cursor away. (Note: This behavior would not apply while editing data.)

Suggested Configuration Options:

To ensure flexibility and usability, this feature could be controlled through a toggle or settings menu:

Enable/Disable Option:

• Add an option on the Edit -> Preferences dialog to turn the cursor hover highlight feature on or off.

• Alternatively, provide a button in the column headings area of the result set display to quickly toggle the feature on/off.

Customizable Highlight Colors:

• Allow users to set their preferred foreground (text) and background (row) colors for the hover and clicked states.

• Include a default option for “reverse image” to simply invert the current text and background colors.

Benefits:

This enhancement would make reviewing large (wide) result sets significantly more efficient, especially when working with wide tables or datasets requiring precise row identification.
