Create a non-Java based IBM ACS or at least a non-Java-based 5250 client

This issue continue to happen with new and some existing clients. They go from an older IBM i version to a new Power10 and then assume they can plug-play (upgrade) their legacy Client Access 5250 emulator with IBM ACS. Then they find out it is written in Java and they stay on Client Access as corporate policy limits wide-spread use of Java for security reasons.

This request is to provide at least a 5250 emulator (and related printer support) that avoid Java entirely so that typical non-technical IBM i Users can have 5250 and Printer support moving forward.
