Add CRTPERIOD (similar to CHGPERIOD) on the "SAV" CL Command

When doing large migrations, the number of objects in the IFS could add up to nearly terabytes. We would like to save IFS files based on Creation Date rather than Last Changed Date. The benefit is we can migrate files created before or since a specific date, or if similar to the CHGPERIOD within the user-specified date range. FTP really isn't an option since the "date" attributes on the file are lost when transferring via FTP.

    In the IFS, you can get a list of files sorted by create date as follows:

    XXFILEPATH=$(mktemp /tmp/sortcreateXXXXXX)
    for i in $(find .)
    do
    XX=$(attr $i CREATE_TIME)
    python -c "from datetime import datetime; print(datetime.strptime('$XX', '%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Y').strftime('%Y-%m-%d-%H-%M-%S'), end=' ')" >>$XXFILEPATH
    echo $i >>$XXFILEPATH
    done
    sort $XXFILEPATH > sorted_by_create.txt
    rm $XXFILEPATH
