Add Function Usage to RTVSYSINF

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

It would be great if the Function Usage (WRKFCNUSG) values could be integrated into the Retrieve System Information (RTVSYSINF) data collector.

This would simplify data transfer to new systems via Save/Restore without the risk of forgetting values (especially from V7R5, where default values in Function Usage have changed).

UPDSYSINF would be sufficient then.

Functional Usage Information (FCNUSG) is security data saved with a user profile. Refer to the following:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/i/7.5?topic=information-how-security-is-stored

The Functional Usage Information is restored when a profile is restored, unless OMITSECDTA(*FCNUSG) was specified on the RSTUSRPRF command:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/i/7.5?topic=rup-what-you-should-know-about-restoring-user-profiles

Please note, a RSTAUT may be required for specific functional usage user settings to be applied after the RSTUSRPRF. Refer to the OMITSECDTA parameter Help Text on the RSTUSRPRF for more information.

    I hope this helps,
