ILE COBOL: CRTCBLMOD MODULE(*PGMID) should avoid *MODULE object with invalid name

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

When compiling a ILE COBOL module (CRTCBLMOD) with parameter MODULE(*PGMID) the module name is taken from the PROGRAM-ID paragraph in the outermost ILE COBOL source program of the compilation unit.

When the programmer had used "PGM NAM01" as PROGRAM-ID and execute CRTCBLMOD MODULE(*PGMID) it will create a *MODULE object including the SPACE between PGM and NAME01. This object can not be changed or deleted with standard IBM i commands because it is a invalid name.

To remove this object the only way I know is to delete the library which is not easy when the library is in use by a lot of jobs (e.g. when it is in sysval QUSRLIBL).

Please add a check to CRTCBLMOD that invalid object names will not be created.
