WRKFCNUSG Auditing

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

It would be nice if any adds/changes/deletes that occur when using the WRKFCNUSG process would be tracking in the Security Audit Journal for the logical replication apps can keep the authorities in sync between SRC and TGT replication sets.

If Security auditing level (QAUDLVL/QAUDLVL2) system value contains either *SECURITY or *SECCFG, then GR-F audit entries will be sent from WRKFCNUSG actions.
If the default authority or *ALLOBJ special authority values are changed, the audit entry will contain *REREGISTER and the current/previous values for the settings, along with the function usage ID.
If a user's access is changed, the audit entry will contain *CHGUSAGE, the user name, and the current/previous usage setting for the user, along with the function usage ID.
Here is a link to the layout of the GR audit entry: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/i/7.5?topic=entries-gr-generic-record-journal
