I really love the new *AUTO and *VAR arrays, I use them quite often. I would really like more functionality to be added, like the methods available for JavaScript arrays.
Some examples assuming an Array "A20" with dim(*auto:20) :
I gather a set of 10 elements in A20 and then validate them. I would like to remove element 5 out from the array and shift elements 6 to 10 automatically to positions 5 to 9.
I want to insert an element in A20, already containing 15 elements, at element 10, shifting the subsequent elements 1 position
I can think of other functions like splice(), slice(), pop(), etc.
Just to let you guys know that this type of array is very useful and I can't wait to do more with it!
