When you use the wrkrpyle command you see a list of Message ID's which is quite meaningless.
I recently was investigating at a new site where there were a lot of reply list messages and no site documentation so I worked through the messages to determine what the message ID related to and how/if it might be contributing to the issue I was investigating. As part of this I created a document with a description for each.
Most objects on the system have a 50 character text description that can be added and generally displayed when viewing the list like in wrkobj and wrkdevd etcetera.
My idea is to add a text description to the addrpyle and chgrpyle commands.
Text 'description' . . . . . . . 'Used by backups to check something'
I think this assists greatly in documenting why the entry was added and in my case would have saved a lot of time investigating a long list of message id's
