RPG manual - %subst() start position and length in double bytes for graphic or UCS-2

The RPG manual needs a clarification for the %subst() build-in-function.

For graphic or UCS-2 data the start position and length should be specified in double bytes. This is not documented.
For the old SUBST operation it is only noted that the start position is measured in double bytes. Not a word about the length.

The new options *NATURAL and *STDCHARSIZE may change this but this need also to be included.

Good idea with the "Thumbs down" button.

I normally use the documentation in PDF-format. It is faster to use.
Of some reason the ibm.com site is very, very s l o w

The documentation for the %SUBST built-in function, and other string-related built-in functions, will be changed to explicitly mention that the starting position and length measure the number of double bytes for graphic and UCS-2.

Note that for problems with documentation, instead of submitting an Idea, it is better to use the "Thumbs down" button at the top right of the page in the actual online documentation.
