Add a field in the SYSTEM_STATUS* SQL services that shows the whether the LPARs Attention LED is on or off.

In the current services:
SYSTEM_STATUS view, SYSTEM_STATUS_INFO view and SYSTEM_STATUS table function. The ATTENTION_LIGHT light column only shows whether the SRC panel has a SRC in it. The manuals were recently updated to reflect the correct definition for the ATTENTION_LIGHT field.

I am proposing a new field that shows the actual status for the HMC labeled "Attention LED", either ON or OFF.
