Change IBM ACS 5250 Console Verify to only check port 2301 when Encrypted Console Selected

The default behaviour of the HMC v10 code is to no longer allow unencrypted 5250 Console session via Port 2300, for compatibility reasons ACS still needs to offer this unencrypted connections so that cannot and should not be removed.   However, the HMC 5250 console Verify will pause and fail on all modern systems, causing unnecessary questions and support calls.

I would suggest that you Change the IBM ACS 5250 Console Verify to only check port 2301 when Encrypted Console Selected as this is the only one that will be used.  This will remove the network hang and the potential for false positive concerns about Port 2300 not being acceable.
