In run SQL Scripts, enhance the messaging when connecting with JDBC to include errors setting the Library List

In "Run SQL Scripts", when setting up the library list for a given JDBC connection, if any of the libraries included in the list do not exist on the system, the entire library list is not set, and the job retains its original list.

When connecting or reconnecting, the messaging in the reply panel states:
[ 06/09/2025, 10:06:59 AM ]  Apply JDBC configuration...
Connected to relational database S1234e10 on 10.0.1.5 as BEHR - 493205/QUSER/QZDASOINIT using JDBC configuration 'MYJDBC'."

This message fails to mention that one or more libraries were not found, and as a result, none of the libraries were set in the backend job.

I recommend changing this behavior to at minimum notify the user that a problem has occurred, so they are aware that there is an issue with the JDBC connection.
