5733-ICC API to delete a no longer needed directory

There are cloud APIs to copy to, copy from cloud as well as one to remove a file from cloud. However if you file has a directory structure there is no way to remove any of those directories.

    I need to be able to clean up directories that are no longer in use. Our code writes to cloud storage using a path like this: /Cloud/date/file. We have policies that determine how long a file lives. When all the files expire in /Cloud/date I would like like to delete the now empty date directory. 5733-ICC does not allow for deletion of a directory only for files.
