Allow LDAP (non-)SSL to be enabled/disabled from the Navigator interface

Currently assigning a certificate via DCM enables SSL for the LDAP server, however it is not possible to alter the non-SSL/SSL checkboxes afterwards.

Instead one is required to manually edit the IFS configuration file at '/qibm/userdata/os400/dirsrv/idsslapd-QUSRDIR/etc/ibmslapd.conf' with the correct settings.

Since this is prone to errors, and the checkboxes are present in Navigator it seems logical that it can also be changed from within Navigator.

    This seems like a defect to me, as the checkboxes is in the navigator, but can not be unselected.
    Have you tried to open an support ticket at IBM for this issue?
