Size decrease when downloading PTFs Groups

Hello,

My idea is simple. When downloading PTF group images, we would have option to upload some kind of PTF output file (which will tell fix central which PTFs are already on IBM i partition) which will be than processed on fix central and make download images smaller as it will not download PTFs which are already applied on our IBM i partition. In our company we apply same PTF package to all our IBM i partitions twice per year so if we would have chance to decrease amount of data which we need to download from Fix central and then upload to IBM i partitions.
