Issue audit journal entry when Password Level 4 hash is generated at signon.

For high availability replication products, knowledge is needed when a user profile changes. In most cases an audit journal entry is issued. However, when both the source and target systems are at OS 7.5 or 7.6 and a user profile does not yet have a password level 4 hash because they either never signed and never changed their password or because the password was replicated to the 7.5/7.6 system from a 7.4 system, a problem occurs. When the user does sign on to the source system of the replication, a level 4 hash is calculated and stored. There is no audit journal entry to reflect this change to the profile. In addition, the APIs to retrieve the password on one system check the password on the other system will be successful, also providing no indication that the profiles are effectively 'out of sync'.

If the customer then moves to password level 4, the profile will be set to PASSWORD(*NONE) on one system and still be valid on the other system.

Please provide a new audit journal entry or a new flavor of an existing type of journal entry to reflect that the level 4 password has been added to the profile.
