Add ability to open SQL scripts from github

Hello,

We store a lot of our custom SQL scripts in Github nowadays, we would find it useful to have ability to open scripts from Github repository.

Run SQL Scripts > File > Open > PC File / IFS Stream File / Source Physical File + Github 

Probably you would say - use local repo. Yes but in our environment we use multiple RDP etc... not so convenient (and sometimes not even possible) to to have multiple local repos.

    Thank you for submitting your Request For Enhancement.

    We have decided to not implement this Idea at this time.

    As an alternative, consider centralizing your git repository clone(s) in IFS, which would enable access to the files in RSS running on any workstation.
