A toggle to turn off the Exploded SQL Statement Text (aka "the text BLOB") in Plan Cache Statements

Often times, when I'm in PCS, the SQL text block is displayed for the statement even though I'm not purposely looking at the statement itself. This "blob" of a text box stays present restricting my view of other columns I am trying to look at it  - even if I scroll down  - either a new box appears or the same one just follows me....It is super frustrating trying to navigate the window pane as a result. An example is attached

    This support is available in version 1.1.9.10.

    The statement tooltip will now only display when the cursor is positioned over the Statement column.
