Allow ACS to be updated manually within RDi

Allow ACS to be updated manually within RDi so the latest version can be used.

Alternatively, allow users to link an existing version of ACS to RDi to be used instead of the built in version.

ACS already provides a mechanism to update an existing installation of ACS. Please refer to this link for the supported ACS update process.

I would add that a decent simple update of (stand-alone non-RDi) ACS on Mac would be nice. In particualr it should check java versions so your ACS doesn't end up in a black hole like mine.
