Improve message of CPF5222 on CHGPWD

When changing a password upon expiration or during CHGPWD execution, if a blank or non-alphabetic character is entered in the current/new password field, the message CPF5222 'Name is not correct' is displayed. However, this message does not clearly explain the error until the details are viewed. Please improve the wording so the error is clear from the message title alone.

    Thank you for your comment.

I provided feedback to the customer regarding this comment.
The customer themselves has provided additional comments stating that this issue requires urgent improvement.
Regarding CPF5222, they intensely desire that the message be improved to be more understandable.

    Thanks

IBM will use this Idea as input to planning, but no commitment is made or implied. This Idea will be updated in the future if IBM implements it. IBM will use votes and comments from others in the community to help prioritize this Idea.

The DDS panel definition for the CHGPWD command specifies ?CHECK(VN)? (check for valid name) on all of the password fields for the QPWDLVL 0/1 panel. The code that displays the panel and verifies the input would send the CPF5222 message if any of the fields contains invalid characters for QPWDLVL 0/1. The message is generic for uses of ?CHECK(VN)? so is not specific to the CHGPWD command. We cannot change the text for the message. We will consider removing the ?CHECK(VN)? specification in a future release and verify the password values within the CHGPWD code.
