Add logging option to QSYS2.QCMDEXC procedure and scalar function Merged

With the introduction of SQL services the work of an IBM i system admin has changed. Especially the introduction of the QSYS2.QCMDEXC scalar function allows you to execute CL commands based on your SQL selection. When doing this once in a while an error is made and you wonder why your CL command did not work as you intended. Within the joblog the command constructed in no where to be found, SELF is also of little help here. 
In order to see which command is executed I use SYSTOOLS.LPRINTF to send the constructed command to do joblog. 
The downside of this is that I have yo do this every time. 

This idea is about adding the executed command in the joblog and if possible also log the command error message also.
