Add silent recovery to Scratch Install/Restore on IBM i, to help Migrate While Active (MWA) be fully automatic.

Besides Migrate While Active have some issues building the NFS install server (take a look at the TFTP setup), there are tasks asking for manual operation.

We work migrating customers with IBM i and AIX to Power Virtual Servers and other clouds, and the main stopper to run fully automatic is the lack of a silent network install with NFS+TFTP or ISCSI VTL.

This stops IBM i to recover in some DR situations, too, asking for manual operation.

Please, add a feature so we can script or set a flag on the media content, or with a script on the network install server, and help the LIC and Restore 2x run automatically. 

I can even imagine some kind of cloud_init process to run the first time we complete the recovery successfully.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM not implement this request.

    Migrate While Active is not meant to be a DR solution and was never built to support that use case.

    Background: The COMMON Americas Advisory Council (CAAC) members have a broad range of experience in working with small and medium-sized IBM i customers. CAAC has a key role in working with IBM i development to help assess the value and impact of individual IBM Ideas on the broader IBM i community and has therefore reviewed your Idea.
