enhancement with PowerHA Site-failure scenario with Hyperswap design

It is about IBM i site failure protection with PowerHA + HyperSwap. When the source server and storage both power down, suppose the target server and storage (DS8K) will takeover the iASP asap. But there is a scenario the target LPAR will be hang for about 10mins, without any response from network, console and HMC. There is no conclusion from support but it seems that it is waiting for some checking and timeout. And after 10mins. the recovery procedure in target LPAR is resumed, and everything back to normal. No log and message is captured for the "hang" event. From support it said it is working as designed. It is suggested to enhance to hang behavior, whether shorten the time or add log during the hang period.
