Add SQL view and index statements to outline view

Files used in RPG can be SQL views or indexes that have selection criteria, grouping criteria, etc. In order to know what those are, I need to go elsewhere, such as DSPFD in a 5250 session or a database perspective or, perhaps, Run SQL Statements in ACS and query the several system catalogs.

So the request is to display these statements in the outline view.

Use Case:

One way I would use this is to understand better how the program works, what kind of data will be processed. This is also helpful to know when I need to change what those criteria are.

This RFE is a duplicate of another RFE. See <82166 and 107794> for current status.

I would like to extend this to other SQL types including tables, sequence usages, stored procedure calls, and UDF calls. Tables are obvious, and it would be nice to be able to see them, and the library they exist in next to indexes, views, tables, physical files, or logical files. But missing sequences, UDF's, and stored procedures can cause a compile to fail as well, so I would like to see the location of these objects in the outline as well.
