Fix or add a working API to list files in COS

Currently, the Qicc_list_files_in_cloud API in the 5733ICC product (IBM Cloud Storage Solutions for i) is not working, and there is no substitute for a list of files uploaded and/or present in COS.
It is extremely important to be able to verify whether files transferred from IBM i to COS are present and intact, and to know their attributes (creation, saving, modification, and size).

    Please define "not working". Can you provide an example?

    If documented IBM i system code is found to be not working, this is an IBM Support case, not an Idea.
