Outline: Don't Alphabetize Parameters

The ability to sort the contents of the outline alphabetically is really nice. The only part that doesn't make sense is alphabetizing procedure parameters. Since content assist does not show parameter descriptions (and I believe the RFE requesting that was rejected), it's ever important to go to the outline to get the parameter descriptions. However to do this requires a number of clicks. First I need to unsort the outline. Then I need to re-open the parameter list (b/c it seems to close the list when switching sort styles). Then I can see the order, and afterward I resort the outline.

I suppose someone might like seeing even parameters alphabetized, so maybe there could be a preference to not include parameters in the alphabetical sort.

Use Case:

Being able to go to the outline for quick information is the power of the outline. In this case, however, I need to adjust the outline as noted in the description section.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
Brand - Servers and Systems Software
    Product family - Programming Languages
Product - Developer for Power Systems

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - Rational
Product family - Design & development
Product - Developer for Power Systems

This feature is now available in the IBM Rational Developer for Power Systems Software V8.5 product with V8.5.1 fixpack installed.

Parameters are no longer sorted alphabetically when the 'Sort by Name' toolbar button is on.

I also question alphabetizing subfields in a data structure. Should that be a separate RFE or a part of this one?

This RFE is consistent with our strategy and product roadmap and IBM is continuing to evaluate.
