Add downloaded to IMGCLG to PTF status when using QPZRTVFX

When retrieving PTF status it does not say if the PTF has been downloaded to an IMGCLG even though the SNDPTFORD is used to order and download the PTF. When comparing a lits of PTF's that are required for CVE coverage you cannot see if the PTF has already been downloaded and exists in an IMGCLG. As the QPZRTVFX shows if the PTF has been ordered and that it exists in a save file on the system it would be good to have the details of those downloaded into the IMGCLG using the SNDPTFORD. Today this requires that you scan each of the IMGCLGE entries in the IMGCLG to try to determine if the PTF has been downloaded.

This would help make PTF management a lot easier especially where CVE based PTF's needs to be handled with some urgency.

    The CAAC has reviewed this IBM Idea and recommends that IBM view this as a “nice to have” low priority feature.
